I absolutely enjoyed my three days of flyfishing with Bob McKiney in Tasmania.
Everything I experienced lived up to Tasmanias worldclass reputation as a premiere destination for flyfishing. Even though Ive been flyfishing for over two decades I learned more about flyfishing in my three days with Bob than any other guide Ive ever gone out with. He is a guides guide and truly one of the finest professional guides I have ever fished with. Bob thanks for not only sharing your vast expertise but your love of the sport. Lets do it again.

A great three days fishing

What a great three days fishing with Bob.

Sight casting to browns surface feeding on stone fly and mayfly in 30 to 60 cm of water. Fishing in timbered areas that you would normally avoid what a challenge and a heap of fun. Plus up to my chin in the reeds casting to trout taking mayfly on a remote lake. Awesome.

Thanks Bob for the great tour. Catching big Browns on a dry fly was just what I hoped for. 
You were very knowledgeable as to where to fly fish, the right fly to use and how to fish them.

Best days lake fishing 

We are back in Scotland the right way up again and more or less de jet lagged following the flight from Hobart to Edinburgh.  We had a great trip loved Tasmania and will I am sure be back.  Our day on Arthur lake was one of the highlights undoubtedly one of the best days lake fishing I have ever had.
