FISHING REPORT

Remember the main trout season finishes on the 2nd of May 2010 and wil reopen on the first weekend in August.

Some rainbow waters will be open during May and others will be open all year.

Trout fishing Tasmania this season has had its ups and downs but Woods Lake is still the standout water.
This Lake has produced the best fishing we have seen for some time and continues to produce great fish.
We are still finding big trout up on the shore feeding in the weeds and plenty of good fish in open wateras well.

Great Lake has also had some sensational fishing with all the bright synny days we have had since Xmas.

King William has had good beetle falls recently and is producing large numbers of small fish for those who consider numbers important.

The gumbeetle season is now here and these will produce some standour fishing over the next few months.

Grasshoppers are the feature of river fishing on all Tasmanian rivers.

Good luck with fishes.
